Delete your HouseTurns account

In the app (immediately)

1. Open HouseTurns and tap the gear icon (Settings).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. You sign in once more to confirm it's you.

Your profile, devices, upcoming bookings, invites and sign-in account are deleted right away. If you are the last member of a group, the group is deleted too. Past bookings remain visible to your group without your name until they are cleaned up after 90 days.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email info@creativemediaplatforms.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
